Mariachi Juvenil Mi Mexico

Mariachi Juvenil Mi Mexico De Pablo Diaz began in 2002 and is in its sixth year of existence. These talented musicians have gained outstanding recognition throughout San Diego.

The mariachi recently received recognition by the California's 51st Congressional district Congressman Bob Filner.

In 2005 they captured the hearts of many people at the Mission San Juan Capistrano First Annual battle of the mariachis by winning 2nd place.

Mariachi Juvenile Mi Mexico Is composed of 12 members ranging in ages from 14-24. The dedication of these young musicians has garnered them invitations to perform along side with the best mariachis in the world including performances on the same concert with Mariachi Vargas De Tecalitlan at the 2005 Viva El Mariachi concert.  Mariachi Juvenil Mi Mexico has also participated in the 2004 and 2006 Viva El Mariachi sharing the stage with mariachi Sol De Mexico, Mariachi Intenacional De Guadalajara, Mariachi Imperial De Mexico, Mariachi Reyes De Mexico, Mariachi Vargas De Tecalitlan also other artist like Aida Cuevas, Maria Conchita Alonso, Eugenio Derbez and Rick Najera.

This mariachi continues to blaze its way forward in musical excellence and performance and is setting the standard in professional juvenil mariachi within Southern California.
